My Philosophy
My philosophy is that a doula’s job is to empower families with the knowledge and support needed to write their own story. Through gentle guidance and nurturing, my objective is to help ease the minds of new parents, reduce anxieties, and increase understanding of the birth and postpartum process, adding a further level of care when needed most.

My passion is assisting families of all shapes, sizes, colors, cultures, and identities with nurturing comfort, and working through honest and direct communication as an advocate before, during, and after birth. What is a Doula?
Many people ask this question. The simplest answer is a doula gives emotional, physical, and educational support to parents and family in a non-medical capacity. Their goal is to make clients feel cared for, valued, heard, and most importantly, bonded as a family as they navigate through the tender moments of early parenthood.
